Two bedroom apartment in northeast Philadelphia located close to 95, the blvd. and Bensalem. The complex has a pool and a gym. You will be renting the master bed room it’s been newly rentavated walk in closet in the bed room new carpets and a queen size bed to use if you want. The shared areas kitchen living room and bathroom there are wood floors and stainless steel. I just ask that everyone cleans up after themselves and keeps the apartment clean it’s important common sense just be a respectful adult and we will be fine.

Hi I’m a single female looking for a roommate my last roommate is moving out the room will be ready in July if u need it before August I can always prorate the rent. I’m in my late 30’s so I don’t have friends over and party I don’t drink or drug I’m looking for the same. I am a mom so my daughter will be here sometimes she’s 13 so she will not be loud or bother u. If u have kids it’s ok for them to stay some times too. What’s not ok is for a boyfriend or girlfriend to stay all the time I’m single so if someone does stay here and there but the room is for u.
