My name is Tim and I’m looking for a roommate that is responsible, quiet and respectful. I am currently renting this two bed/two bath house and the owner has agreed to another person here to split the costs. The following are her conditions for the other roommate: No smoking in the house No other pets - there is one dog here and that is all she will allow Personally, I’ll get along well with someone that is focused on: goals and missions communicating self care personal development I’m asking $800/mo for the master bedroom or $650/mo for the second bedroom with utilities included. I’m asking for a $250 deposit and first and last month’s rent. This is negotiable. Master Bedroom is !5’x 11’ and the 2nd bedroom is 11’x11’.
About the roomies
My name is Tim. I’m 45, work in construction and practice meditation. I’m gone in the mornings until about 3 or 4 most days of the week. When I’m home, I’m usually reading or listening to music. My dog, Augie, is home all day. He’s pretty lazy and doesn’t really pull his weight financially, but he makes up for it in cuteness. I’m very easy to get along. I’ve had a lot of different roommates over the years, been married twice and so I know what I’m looking for in a roommate. Quality of roommate is more important than reimbursement.
