Mountain Cloud Circle

You will have the entire basement except for the shared storage area and laundry room. The basement has a bedroom with large closet as well as a large room attached to the bedroom. There is also a large family room that has a full size fridge and sink. The basement can come furnished or un-furnished. There is a king size bed frame and a mattress available if wanted. The house backs up to the park with neighbor only on one side. The rec center is also right behind the house and includes indoor/outdoor pool/gym/sauna etc. Nice backyard with well established trees and large patio area with grill. The utilities are very cheap and the internet would be split 3 ways.

Two working professional males. We both like the outdoors and are weekend warriors. It would be fun to have another outdoorsy person to adventure with!
