Suburban house close to Roberts Wesleyan, RIT, UofR, convenient to 490. Private bedroom on main floor, bathroom and living space in basement are for your use with the rental. Fenced in back yard with deck. Off-Street parking. We would share the kitchen and laundry room. I do have 3 medium-sized dogs. ABSOLUTELY no smokers of any kind - I am highly allergic.
About the roomies
I work in healthcare and have a pretty steady schedule M-F. When my 20-Y-O son is not in college, he lives in the other bedroom on the main floor. My living space is on the main floor along with the kitchen, dining room and office and my bedroom is on the upper floor.
