I have two 11x17’ rooms that will be available for move mid-July or August 1st in a 3 Bedroom - 2 1/2 bathroom, two-story townhome in Huntington Beach. Located between Slater and Talbert, off of Beach Blvd - Liberty Drive.

The rooms are located side by side on the second floor and would be sharing a full bathroom that is adjacent. There is also a washer and dryer located on the second floor which makes doing laundry very convenient!

The rooms will be vacant and ready for move in by mid-July, so I would prefer someone to move in no later than August 1st. The stairs and upstairs bedrooms are wood laminate, and the downstairs are tile (no carpet). The downstairs is comprised of a living room, private patio, guest 1/2 bathroom, kitchen, and under-the-stairs closet.

The ceilings are vaulted upstairs, so the bedrooms feel EVEN bigger. There is also quite a bit of storage space available. The townhome is more spacious than you’d ever find in HB.

Street parking is a hit or miss depending on the time you come home from work. I have two options for the prospective two new roommies; There is a parking space right next to the side of the townhouse that would be available, although, it is not technically a “designated space”, and the car will need to be on the more compact side.. OR you can park in the second garage space (next to me) for $50/month. The garage door opens with a downloadable app on your phone.

About YOU: I’d prefer someone in their late 20’s to early 30’s, who is also a working professional, is mature, respectful, and is responsible.

Full house privileges, and occasional overnight guests are OK.

Rent will be $775 (per room), plus 1/3 utilities and deposit will be equal to first months rent.

About ME: I am a 30 year old female and working professional. I work 7-8AM to 4-5PM (for the most part). I have 3 cats (but not a crazy cat lady). I do love animals and would be open to another pet (dog or cat), but ONLY if he/she got along with the current fur-residents. I enjoy the weeknight wine and weekend mimosas :) However, I am not “4/20 friendly”.
