About the room
A beautiful, new, modern, room in El Segundo, CA, the home of the South Bay. 5 minutes (2 blocks) from the beach, minutes from the 405 and 105 freeways, minutes from the LAX Airport, close to the Metro subway, and in a beautiful, safe, and friendly city. The room is close to Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, Redondo Beach, Plaza El Segundo, and many more amazing cities, shopping, and entertainment places.
The room is fully furnished with a twin bed (full bed at request but will take up more room), table, dresser, closet, lights, ceiling fan, lamps, and more! Shared bathroom (with other renter, the other renter has their own room), shared laundry washer and dryer, shared kitchen, and shared living room. Utilities is $100 per month and includes super fast WiFi (internet), electricity, gas, garbage, etc…
The townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 rooms are rented out and the other 2 are occupied by the owner (we’re super chill).
