This is for a room with me and my roommate at Villages of Eastlake. We are looking for TWO extra roommates (can reach out in pairs or we’ll find two individuals). Great safe community, with grocery stores and MARTA access right outside the gates. Rent covers water, sewer and trash as well. Internet, gas and electric not included. I am willing to pay a little extra in order to take the master bedroom and cover those fees (or if you wanted the master bedroom you’re welcome to it if willing to pay extra fees). Security deposit is either $250 or $500 (based on credit/landlord verification, we will split this),$19 application fee. $300 non refundable pet fee (2 max). Household must have gross income of 2.5 times monthly rate.

Me and my roommate are both 20 year old students at Georgia State, looking for an affordable place to live and commute. I am a female, mostly quiet. I am a cosplayer and often spend time sewing/crafting in my free time. My roommate is Anthony, he spends most of his time playing xbox or studying. Both of us are very clean and don’t cause issues, we are looking for a roommate with the same disposition!
