The room is a 133 sq ft room with a private entrance. It can be furnished or unfurnished. My home is in one of the best neighborhoods in Long Beach and is 1 mile to LBCC, 3 miles to CSULB, and 7 miles to the beach. Rent includes all utilities and toiletries (soaps, detergents, toilet paper, etc). I have a front load washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and central air & heating. Common areas include Kitchen, living room, garage, and backyard. Bathroom is shared with other tenant. I also have a large attic if you need to store items. We are currently building a tiki bar in the backyard.

I am a recently divorced mother of 2. I got the house and want to create a laid back, fun environment. I am 45 yrs old and the “cool” mom haha. My daughter lives here full time. She is almost 19 and starting her second year at CSULB as a dance major. My 8 yr old well mannered son is here 50% of the time. We all have our own rooms and share the master bathroom. I also have a tenant. She is 55 and very chill and fun. She has been here a month so far. There are 5 bedrooms total. I have 2 small dogs and my tenant has 2 small dogs as well. We would be ok with another small dog that gets along with ours. I have a doggy door into the backyard and there is a park 3 houses down. We are looking for the perfect fit to our relaxed lifestyle.
