looking for a roommate to lease with in sept 1. 2 bed 2 bath 1105sq ft brand new apartment complex opened up in April. application fee is $25. there’s a 200$ reservation fee that’s split between us but it’ll go towards the first months rent. security deposit depends on credit. no pets

moving to frisco looking for someone to share apartment with. i work in the day time (7-5pm) with some rare night shifts (4-1am) pretty chill. prefer if you don’t have pets due to previous roommates pet.
