10x11 size bedroom w closet available in our house of 3 ( two adults and one ten year old daughter half time). $750 includes all utilities (PGE, wifi, water, trash, washer and dryer and household cleaning supplies). You pay for your own personal care products like laundry soap and toilet paper, and of course food–we are just covering the household cleaning items. There’s also garage and storage space available.

We are looking for someone mature. A student at Sierra college with a job or someone older who has a life outside the home. One of us works away as a caretaker during the day and the other adult is dealing with health healing and runs a business from home.

We have one indoor/outdoor cat who will eventually be exclusively outdoor is all we are allowed. No other pets allowed.

We also do not smoke or drink and prefer the same. We do eat meat and cook it at home. Nor do we smoke or use cannabis products or drugs and prefer the same with a housemate.

The room is suitable for one person. It is a two bathroom home but one bathroom is in the master bedroom so not really a communal bathroom. You would share the second bathroom with us.

We have a back yard with table and chairs, BBQ and landscaped.

We have a breakfast nook, dining room area and living room area. We have a large screen TV but only use it for movies, we do not have cable television, though you are free to stream movies and whatnot on your own computer, etc..that’s what we do sometimes.

The neighborhood is very quiet and kind of an older community who keep to themselves.

We are just looking for someone who would be easy to get along with, though who is mature and has a handle on their lives, not just floating around not knowing what to do with themselves. :) No offense, just don’t want to live with couch potato lost souls…

The neighborhood is super convenient To both GV and NC near NU off ridge road.

Move in is $1500 which includes first months rent and utilities and $750 deposit, it’s not last months rent. There will be 30 days notice given either for us to ask you to move or for you to want to move out. This is a month to month rental and you would be required to be on the lease because the owners require that. We are renting from folks who live up the road.
