Congress Street

My name is Chris, I live in Jersey City Heights, right off of Congress St, with a buddy of mine, John. We have a house; 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, with a studio basement/ground-floor. The house has a living room, dining room, full kitchen, sunroom, and backyard - overall solid place, very comfortable, enough space for everyone.

We’ve been here for a year, our lease renews August 1st. Our other buddy Lenny lives in the studio portion but is moving out to live with his girlfriend. We are looking for someone to take over the studio in place of Lenny. This will be a one year sub-lease agreement at $1300 monthly, and one month security deposit, beginning August 1st. The studio has a full bathroom, half kitchen (sink and refrigerator), it’s own washing machine and dryer, front door entrance (leading to the front of the house), and has ample closet space.

As for John and I, we’re both 28, and grew up together in Jersey. John works for a logistics company and bartends in Hoboken part-time. Myself, I own an auto body shop in Hackensack. We’re both busy with work during the week, but still find time to enjoy.
