WE NEED SOMEONE ASAP!! And someone with common sense that knows how to be a man (or woman). No teenagers. We request payment within three days of moving in. We are looking for someone who is serious about moving in with us. I don’t want to rent out a room for a week then need to find another person again. The apartment is in Rosewood Village in Hagerstown, MD. It has an in unit washer and dryer, wood and tile throughout the house with carpet in the bedroom, an elevator, you’ll get the biggest room. a shared balcony with James, a closet, lovely kitchen and living room. The community is quiet with sidewalks for morning jogs or biking with lovely park areas, a gym, and a pool. The pictures are from when we first moved in but now we have the area more furnished with comfy couches and a tv. This place smells nice and is generally nice so we are hoping to find someone who doesn’t smoke cigarettes because the smell drags into the house. We don’t care about weed, but if it’s excessive, I may need you to do it on the balcony or downstairs, just to keep our landlord happy. Thank you for considering us! ❤️
