Only one person can take over lease.

I am moving to San Francisco for a new job but I can’t end my lease early. Apartment is available to move in July 1st and payment is due no later than July 2nd. Please email me directly for photos. Since you will be essentially starting your own lease for the one month they will check your criminal history, rental history, income, and credit (can have a co-sign guarantor). *Should you decide to stay past July, I have also signed a lease starting in August (that would be a shared room with one other person and shared bathroom).
