Room is upstairs in newer home conveniently located near Beach and Katella, neighboring Cypress, Garden Grove, & Anaheim. There’s no kitchen amenity; there’s a shared bathroom, internet, and laundry room available on Fridays and weekends.

It’s a quiet home. There’s 3 other rooms with roommates that work and like to come home to a quiet space to rest. The house is in a cul de sac and there’s off street parking.
