Fully furnished room with own bathroom across the hall, as well as bedroom access to second floor balcony overlooking the pool. The condo is located near the 60 and the 101, as well as walking distance to Mesa Community College and a short drive to Tempe. There is a powder room downstairs in addition to your own private bathroom upstairs. The flooring has recently been updated with luxury vinyl plank and living space is on two levels. New appliances have been installed in the kitchen, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and stove hood in addition to newly upgraded Maytag washer and dryer. There are several pools and a rec. room w/ gym equipment included, a parking space, along with utilities- water, sewer, trash, and internet. The Waterworks condos are located in Dobson Ranch.
About the roomies
I live alone and have a spare furnished room for rent. I work Thursday through Monday nights.
