You would have your own bedroom and bathroom (Approx 12’x12’.) We would share spacious kitchen, living room and storage in basement. There is a good amount of storage if needed in basement. Back of house has a nice new deck for sitting/grilling and parking pad. If parking is something that’s essential for you, we can discuss use of pad. Locust point is an awesome vibrant community with options in every direction. For commuting it has easy/quick access to I95, 295, 695 and 83N. For amenities, this property is walking distance to 2 shopping centers with groceries, restaurants, bars, water taxi and the water front overlooking fells point and the harbor. If you have a dog and like parks, this property is very close to Latrobe park with playground, tennis courts, dog park and track/field. It is also walking distance to Ft. McHenry with panoramic views of the bay. Safest neighborhood in city and a great place to walk, bike, scoot and chill.

I am a quiet professional in my 40’s with heavy work schedule. I have no pets, but smaller to medium sized dog is cool. I pretty much just sleep there. Ha!
