Looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment right in the heart of downtown Mystic (current roommate is moving). The building is a renovated spool mill in a fantastic location; on the Mystic River right next to Red 36. Downtown shops and restaurants are within short walking distance. Apartment has central air, washer/dryer in the unit, hardwood floors, very tall ceilings, large windows and the living room is furnished.

Rent is ~$990/person per month. Utilities that we are responsible for are electricity and internet. The year long lease begins August 1st, 2019. Please feel free to reach out via email or text if interested.
