Rent is $1500 plus PSEG split by 3 (all other amenities including internet INCLUDED in this price). I am open to negotiating as I purchased a place in town and will no longer need the space. I have LOVED living here for the past 4 years. The apartment is very spacious with bedrooms on opposites sides and very bright with Empire State views! The master has a very large walk in closet and private bathroom. We have a washer and dryer in unit. Spacious updated fully furnished kitchen.
