Just a single guy wanting a simple and easy roomie situation. Easy to live with, clean, organized, responsible, non-smoker, 30 years old. Very considerate and respectful. No late/large parties. I always check-in w/ roommates before inviting people over. (Rarely) Very social and outgoing personality. Super friendly guy that gets along w/ everyone. I’m a bit of a workaholic that works long hours, sometimes weekends. Im a foodie, but never cook. Much prefer going out to eat. (Very nice kitchen, but has gotten zero use) Looking for someone similar w/ regards to clean, neat, no parties etc.
