16th Street

I am looking for a roommate to move in around July 14th. You will get the larger bedroom, with a large closet space, and your own private bathroom. The apartment already has a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove. The living room is large and spacious; and includes a sectional couch, tables, large TV (with Apple TV). There is a small balcony that has a gorgeous view of downtown.

The apartment is only a 10-20 minute walk to downtown/Gaslamp. Covered parking is available (will cost extra).

We would split the electricity/internet bill. Laundry is in the building. The apartment is on the top floor. There is AC in the apartment as well.

Note that it would be a 6 month lease at first and the month to month.
