Great and convenient location whether you want to be on HHI or go off island: only 7 min from the Hospital, 5 min to leave the island, and 10 min away from the South End by crossing the ex-Toll Bridge. We have all the stores nearby, Harris Teeter, Publix, Barnes and Noble, Walmart. Around the corner from Skull Creek, you’ll enjoy beautiful sunsets/sunrises and the fishing boats /restaurants. You can also enjoy sitting near the fire pit in our very private backyard and porch with lots of green space and birdies in a peaceful neighborhood.

It’s a no smoking house (inside or outside/any kind of smoking, vaping included), no drug either.

The house has a very good vibe, with lots of green plants in the common areas, benefiting from a nice light throughout the day from the kitchen in the morning to the living room in the evening. We love it here!
