Bedrooms are not furnished, common spaces are, but can be rearranged.

There are 3 rooms, 2 are open: The two small rooms are comparable in size to each other, both have windows, neither has a closet. The other is much larger and has its own closet, sky light, and additional storage. If the larger room is wanted the rent will be split proportionally to reflect the significant space difference, to be negotiated. Otherwise, it makes a great common space/office/work area/storage. Currently it is set up as a second living room.

1 roommate will be living here. Farmer and chef, loves to do projects, ride bikes, long walks on the beach, build community, hang out. Also living here is a 8 year old pitbull-border collie named Mazie. She is playful, loves all people and animals. Sometimes a little skeptical of dogs but always warms up.
