The bed in the photo is where my dog looks out the windows all day. I will remove that for you and clean the whole room as well. That’s her bed not mine.

House on a quiet street with parking. Bus, groceries, and shops all in walking distance. Trails nearby for walking, riding, and exercise. Room will be yours with your own keys for privacy. Living room with TV and full access to kitchen and laundry. House has HVAC and two full bathrooms. Fenced backyard. All bills included in rent.

I am a 33yr old guy with a dog. I work 8:30-4:30 M-F so I am usually up around 7am weekdays and go to bed around 11pm. I enjoy socializing but keep to myself as well. My dog is super friendly.

I try to be outside doing something like kayak/bike/hike. I am home often watching TV or listening to music. Maybe gaming. I am a welcoming and social person if you want to chat and be friendly.

I will include all bills in the rent. I have super-fast internet, HVAC, laundry, full kitchen and a dishwasher. You can use everything in the house.

I expect a roommate to be kind, communicate, respect the house, and be clean.
