Owner Bedroom is downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and an extra room with own bath room and plenty of storage. Kitchen is downstairs, there are washer and dryer and the place is super clean. There is internet access and it is in a gated community close to stores and restaurants. Very nice well kept neighborhood.

Prefer seasoned professional, or retired older straight female. I am retired and live a quiet life. The neighborhood is quiet too but very friendly. Rent will be $500 per room if more than one tenant rents the place. Until another tenant comes, you will have full use of the whole upstairs. Guests can not stay longer than seven days. Another person moving in will negate the contract which will be signed before you move in. I will do security check and criminal background check as well.
