Network Place

I have a room in a girls only apartment for rent, 4/4 . I am trying to sublease my room at the beautiful apartments of the social, in lutz Florida/ Tampa. I need someone to take over in August. All utilities are included( water, electricity, internet, cable and so on). Valet trash is also included. The whole building has been newly remodeled, it’s beautiful. There are plenty of quiet spots to study, a great maintenance service, and a Gym. It’s a girls only unit, very quiet, with plenty of space. It’s close to USF, and the university mall. Its a year long lease, it will be available August 1st, and there is a $150 application fee. Message me if you are interested
