Dufour Street

I have two bedrooms up stairs that I want to rent out, with a shared bathroom. Each room is supplied with mini fridge , microwave and toaster oven. I live in the down stairs and work long hrs , 6days a week. Rooms would be ideal for serious students that need a place to study in a very quiet home. The house is walking distance to shops, Safeway, restaurants and laundromat etc.

Just me. I’m laid back and respectful. Like I said I do work a lot of hrs. So probably won’t see much of each other. Hope to find two like minded people to rent the rooms too.
