Lease for room is independent - meaning that if the roommates are late on rent, you’re not penalized. 2 roommates already living here, 1 male 1 female, and 1 shih-tzu puppy. gym and dog park on premises. Walk to UNCA, bus stop at entrance.

One female student and one working male, they’re cousins. Very keep to themselves but friendly when in the common area. Female student has a cute shihtzu puppy that is also very friendly.
