Weekly gardner and pool service. Monthly pest control service as well as monthly house cleaning service.

Area: Walking distance to the AV Mall. Short driving distance to various other restaurants and shopping centers. Relatively quite neighborhood.

I own the house and have no other roommates. I’m looking to rent one of my spare rooms as the other two rooms upstairs will be my guest room (will inform you in advance before I have any guest stay over) and my office. I work full time at Northrop Grumman (Monday - Thursday) and I have two dogs here (only have access to dog run outside and a small room downstairs, separated from all other rooms). I keep my house and yard as clean as possible and I’d need a roommate who would respect that. I’d be pretty leinant on you having company over as long as you run it by me first.
