I’m moving into a house with my boyfriend and i would like to find someone to take this room. Theres some great benefits to this apartment.

1. it’s an all female apartment; which also means i will be giving you the other girls phone numbers so that you can get to know them before you move in. there’s a special key to unlock the doors outside to get in so random people can enter, and then your personal key can only be used for the apartment door, your bedroom door and your bathroom door.
2. on the fourth floor, which means it has higher ceilings.
3. fully furnished and you’ll have your own private bathroom.
4. I signed a lease that got a detail so instead of paying $850 you’ll only be paying $704 every month. There is no security deposit, you just move in and pay the monthly rent. $704 is due the day of move in.
5. the $704 includes parking, pool, hottub, volleyball court, etc. If you dont have a car than the monthly payment will be knocked down to $644.
6. utilities are no more than $10 a month. during the winter we only pay $3 a person which is really cheap for being so close to town.
7. there’s a trail from the apartment to CSU and it’s no more than a 10 minute walking distance.
8. dogs and cats are allowed.

Super laid back and relaxed. 420 welcome. one of the roommates works at night so its very quiet the other two roommates are new and won’t be moving in until august 23rd so the apartment is pretty much brand new and clean. My roommate and I are never home, and we only come there to sleep from work or to sweep and dust to keep the apartment fresh.
