Laporte Avenue

The house is an Old Town Historic Home that has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with a 2-car detached garage, 3 seasons porch, fenced in backyard with a firepit, and mudroom/laundry room that is shared with the unit downstairs. There is currently one dog in the house (Stella) and we are asking for no other dogs at this time. We are 1 mile away from Old Town, half a mile from City Park and 1 Mile from the Poudre Trail making it super easy to get around.

We are two young professional females (24 & 27) that work jobs requiring us to be up in the early morning (both weekdays and weekends). We enjoy being outdoors, making campfires, playing board games, and just having fun overall!
