I’m looking for a reliable girl roommate to share a two bedroom 2 baths apartment. the rent is $1250 so it will be $ 625 for each one of us plus shared utilities which will be around $50 a month between electricity and internet. The Apartment is very spacious!! Central AC Abd heater. The apartment is close to many shopping centers, Tyler mall CBU, RCC and UCR. I’m a girl, I work full time and go to school full time. The living room and the kitchen are fully furnished. If you have your own kitchen stuff there is plenty of room since it’s a huge kitchen for an apartment. Please no drugs, or accessive drinking. No Parties. OF course you can have guests just not all the time, once a month or so. I don’t want guests to be regulars.once a month or is ok. I work full time and I go to school full time.
