You must be clean and pick up after yourself. House is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. A bathroom will be shared between the two available rooms. House is Located in the north part of Stockton, About a 8 minute drive from UOP. No-smoking inside, Drug-free environment including Canabis. I am the owner of the house and will be living in the master bedroom. If you are interested message me and we can meet at a local Starbucks first to ensure we even get along. ( why show you the house or even be roommates if we don’t get along) right 🤷🏻‍♂️.

First and last months rent due when you move in.

My name is steven, I’m a Marine Veteran. I am 27 years old and the owner of the house. My younger brother who was living with me has now moved out. I have a husky who is a outside dog. We are Both very calm individuals, well at least I am. My husky can be a headache haha. He is friendly and playful. I keep the house quiet 99 percent of the time as I expect it to continue that way.
