Pacific Beach Dr

AVA pacific beach apartments are great and super modern. It’s the perfect place to live in since it’s walking distance to many places located in PB. It has a gym, whirlpool, tennis court, basketball court and a lot more! Great place to make friends as well.

I would be living in the other room. It would be a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. I’m super chill and laid back and hoping to find a female housemate to fill that spot! I’m going to be a student at SDSU and i transferred from Santa Barbara City College. I wanna have a lot of fun and enjoy college but also want to take school seriously.
