Pratt Institute is a 15-minute walk with bars, restaurants and groceries lining Myrtle Ave. The apartment is 2 bed/2 bath with the available room as the master with ensuite. Lots of natural light and good closet space. Hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen appliances, fully furnished living room and kitchen. Elevator building, 24/7 doorman and intercom system, gym on the 1st floor, card laundry on the 6th floor, and attached parking garage at extra cost. Street parking is hit or miss.

I’m 27, originally from Texas and I’ve lived in NYC for 3 years. I’m an event planner, so I am neat and organized but also fun and creative. I like reading, board/card/video games, DIYing, and eating breakfast any time of day. The other roomie is my dog, Beaux, who is a chiweenie (chihuahua/dachshund mix). He is very cute, well-behaved if a bit mischievous, loves cuddles and does not have a high-pitched yappy bark.
