There’s parking spots first come, also there’s street parking. Neighborhood is safe, we know all the neighbors. Rosemary Street in a quiet neighborhood with parks around the area.

Hello all, I have been living in Colorado for 2 years and love the outdoors and currently traveling for the next few months. One of the roommate is a girl from Colombia, she is a student and a nanny, she also loves the outdoors and enjoys cooking at home and watching movies. The other Roomate is from Argentina. She is a student and is usually working a lot as well. The other roommate, grew up in Alabama and family from Colombia loves soccer and snowboarding, also works all day. We all like to maintain the home clean and get together every now and then to cook food for each other.
