All cable and utilities are included. One bedroom has a full size bed, and the other bedroom has a twin bed. I would love to rent to a female or make who has a child if possible. If you don’have children, and don’t mind living in my home with my 12 yr old son and I, that’s fine too. My subdivision has a park and a tennis court. I’m very respectable, quiet, clean and fun.
