I am looking for someone great to share my brand new house with! I just built and closed on this house 6 months ago so everything is new and in perfect condition. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a small yard, street parking (or garage parking for $800 per month), a security system, a really nice washer and dryer set, and awesome appliances. There is a normal great room on the main floor as well as a loft area on the 2nd floor with a sofa and a TV that is perfect for entertaining. The bedroom I am renting out has a TV and internet jack, a large closet, and there are nice shutters on the windows. The neighborhood is new, clean, quiet, and just a few minutes from I-15 and Redwood Road. I also have great neighbors.

I am professionally employed as an Interior Designer and was able to design my house! It’s just me right now and I pretty much keep to myself. I would love someone to share a bottle of wine with once in awhile, though. :)

I am very clean and tidy, relatively quiet, and I don’t have any pets.
