LEASE TAKEOVER for master bedroom (includes own bathroom). $515 for renting the room, and roughly $65 a month for utilities such as electric, water/garbage, and internet. Lease started in Feb 2020 and will end at the end of Jan 2021. It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment on the second floor. There are currently three of us living in the apartment, but the girl in the master bedroom will be moving out in Nov. We turned the living room into a living space for one of the girls so the common space we share is the dining area/kitchen. Beaver Creek Apartments is walking distance to the max, Beaverton Transit Center. Very close to Cedar Hills Crossing where there is Winco and New Seasons Market. Friendly management, fast maintenance crew, and laundry on site. No pets please!

We are clean, quiet, understanding, and respectful roommates who take online college classes/work. We are looking for someone responsible and doesn’t bring too many people over. We don’t enjoy drinking or smoking, but we do like taking walks, baking, and quiet activities. We keep to ourselves and pay the bills on time!
