The facility is like living in a 5 star luxury hotel with two heated olympic swimming pools (salt water), and jacuzzis a block away as well as others within blocks. Also a gym and great hiking paths and bike paths within a few blocks. A few other amenities : yoga classes and cycling classes. Friendly and very safe neighborhood. Very close to the 405 and 5 freeways with Spectrum shopping center and restaurants less than a mile walking distance. Centrally located with no more than 15-20 minute drive to nearby towns of Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Aliso Viejo. There is presently a queen size blow up bed so if you want a regular mattress, you’d need to bring your own. Room large enough for up to a queen size. There is a desk available if need be.. Plenty of closet space. The rest of the house is furnished and nothing else would be needed.

Hi there! It’s just me. I’m friendly, mellow, and young at heart for my age! I have friends in their 30’s all the way through their 60’s.
I’m pretty quiet, very clean and keep a tidy home so would prefer my roommate to be likewise. I love good music, but am not a blaster. Although I enjoy tv in the living room at times for a great movie, I mostly watch it in my bedroom at nightime. I cook every once in a while and wouldn’t mind having someone to enjoy a glass of wine and cook with, but not looking for a roomie that wants to hang out with me socially all the time. Love socializing but like my private time as well. If your musically inclined, theres a piano that I just cant seem to get around to playing so if you play Piano that’s a plus! Generally I go out often for meals, but now with Covid I go out much less. Cant wait for life to re-open!!
No pets, drugs or heavy drinkers please. Absolutely NO cigarette smoking! Please, If you’re a smoker I am not the right roommate for you and it’s not allowed on the property at all anyway. This listing is for ONE roomie only.
I am certified as a teacher for both Yoga and Meditation. and am presently studying to become a Real Estate agent. I’m very sociable, but do like quiet time and privacy as well. I am generally pretty active with activities like yoga, biking, hiking and walks and am looking forward to exploring the trails sometimes with a roomie! Outside of these unprecedented COVID times, I also love travelling and exploring the world. I spend time reading, listening to podcasts, music, watching films, painting, studying , TV etc. The apartment is furnished so nothing needed other than what you would need in your bedroom. We would share the kitchen, bathroom and living room spaces, and a meal here and there. Don’t mind a very occasional overnight guest but no boyfriends, or girlfriends that become a constant. There just isn’t the room for it.
I’m a happy- go lucky person looking to enjoy my room mate but also to cut back on expenses. Parking is outside parking. Let me know if anything else you’re interested in knowing and if so lets’ talk! If all goes well with that, then lets meet! Looking to make a decision this week!
