Common areas of the apartment are furnished, including TV, dining set and basic kitchen appliances. Residents are signed on separate leases. Utilities and internet typically run approximately $200 /month total during peak AC usage in summer months; utility costs will be split evenly. The apartment is located on the first floor near the pool and grill area. Onsite parking is readily available and is not assigned; laundry room is onsite. Smoking indoors is not permitted by apartment management.
