This room is for one person, NO couples. Shared bathroom with one female roommate. We have a mellow cat, so no more pets please. No overnight guests.
What we are looking for:

*A clean, respectful, responsible person, able to pay rent on time. Females preferred. Clean and with a positive mindset.

*Proof of full time employment (Not working from home).

*Clean background and compatible with the environment described above.

*Able to commit to a minimum 6 months lease that can become a month-to-month agreement after that.
