Our old roommate moved in with her fiancee, so we have a suite for rent. Great central Plano location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Price includes private room, private bathroom, large closet, off-street parking space, utilities, and access to all the common areas of house. The actual size of the room is 12’8“ wide by 13’4“ long with a double door closet measuring 2’5“ deep by 6“8“ long. Our house has all the amenities including laundry, hair salon, pool table, and a pool. Your new room has brand new carpeting! Due to the carpeting installation, all the furniture has been removed. Prior roommates bed, dresser with mirror, desk, and night stand are free if you want them. No pets, children, or smoking.

My wife and I are currently the only ones living in this well maintained, single story, 4br, 2800 sf house. You will be the only roommate. We are good christians in our late 40’s and partially retired. Traveling is one of our passions, so we are generally gone one week per month.
