West Hampden Avenue

I own a 1,400 square foot condo on the second floor (which is the top floor) that is very updated and modern with vaulted ceilings. The patio backs up to trees with a beautiful view. I have a room with it’s own bathroom available. It is located off Kipling and 285 so very central. Only 5 minutes from red rocks, C470, 6th Ave, and about 15 minutes from downtown Denver. There is an assigned parking spot right next to the stairs which is only a 30 second walk to the front door that is yours.

I am 24 years old and I work full time during the day. I spend most of my time traveling, hiking, running, or with friends. I do have two kitties who are very very friendly.
