Bedroom furniture is high quality and only a year old. Two closets in the bathroom have plenty of storage with additional closet storage in the common spaces and in the garage. Gated community provides security for the entire neighborhood as well as the hot tub, pool, grilling area, and playground. Owner lives in the home as well as one other roommate. On street parking. Within walking or biking distance of Liberty Station and tons of great restaurants and stores. Sorry no pets please.

As roommates we respect the common spaces and keep our stuff in our own rooms. We are very clean and quiet. We generally are in bed before 10pm and wake up around 6am. We use the common areas when we are home, but go to our rooms when we want privacy. We respect each other’s privacy, property, and personal space.
