Located 5 minutes from OIT/Skylakes on a tree lined street in a walkable neighborhood. The bus stop is on the corner or there’s street parking.
ALL utilities are included: fiber WiFi and hardline internet, trash, water/sewer, electricity (which covers the geothermal heating), and security system. Large HE washer/dryer on site.
This room is the best one to spend the summer with it’s two windows positioned for the perfect cross breeze. A nice size at 11’ x 13’ with an additional 3’ x 6’ of closet space with mirrored doors that make the room seem larger. Fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk and chair. The house has geothermal radiant heated floors, which means cozy toes when it is cold and they are turned completely off during summer. ENDLESS HOT SHOWERS all year long with great water pressure.
No smoking or vaping indoors but the covered back patio in the backyard is a nice place to be. We have a BBQ you can use and a smoker. There is also a lovely spot to garden.
Full access to the house, of course. In the living room is a 55’’ HD flat screen that is 3D capable, streaming services and multiple gaming systems. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you need as we like to cook big meals. You are more than welcome to join us if you’d like. Or not, that’s fine too, there’s a huge microwave. We do have a small weekly chore list. It just seems to help that everyone knows what is expected of them and that it is shared equally.
The house is set up w/Hunter fiber WiFi, but the rooms do have a hardline access.

We’re a creative and conscious home, respectful of personal space and good communication. The layout gives everyone privacy, but the common areas are great for conversation, food, or chill evenings. I know it sounds like a lot of people, but when you see the layout of the house you’ll get how it works so well.
We have lived with people of all ages and backgrounds. No drama, no micromanaging, just mutual respect and shared space.
