York Drive

During the drive home you’ll notice yourself coming into mellow residential neighborhood; its quiet refreshing if you work in the city or a long day. The home is located subtly, and you can notice the peacefulness of nature that the valley holds around. Our land is open and has a yard that is ever growing with fruit trees and a few plants.

The outside appearance is like an old spanish cottage. The home in general is a old home that is being improved in general. Our essentials and utilities are up to par, except for central a/c. The home is a 3bed/1bath - 1 Room is occupied out of 2 available. (on display) 1Room 10x9ft will have a mini fridge, open closet space no a/c. Upon vintage yellow linoleum floors that pop with blue-grey walls that calm the eye. The dining room has wooden floors with an oak table that offsets the yellow/ white kitchen. The living room is also where laundry is done is occupied by washer dryer/ couches and small T.V. The house has a porch in the front with security bars. This area is convenient for reading or eating lunch outside without being in the weather directly. The landscape is 0.6 of an acre; good size. The location is off and away from any main roads. It would be recommended to have a vehicle for convenience. The bus stop is approx 0.7mi away. Palomar college is approx 5mi away. Cal State San Marcos 7mi. Walmart, Target, Aldi, Starbucks,Ross, Michaels approx 1mi away. The yard has a security dog. He is literally is a attention seeker and wants endless affection. His name is Oskar and he is a Large young German Shepard- Husky. Intimidating in size but such a teddy bear.

Currently 2 Roomies occupy this home. Me: “sup, im MiGUel haha” Im 22, and work as a Medical Assistant. Dogfather to Oskar. I enjoy practicing guitar and write songs. I love, love, love home improvement, DIY projects, and gardening. I’d like to resume school this fall or coming Spring at palomar. Friends would probably describe me as happy-go-lucky, energetic, and goofy. I am the owner and manage the home in general. Margarita: Margarita is my grandmother she is 86. I can describe her as a wonderful woman full of stories with wisdom and funny turns. Actually, you may recognize eventually that she says the funniest things almost like a modest Betty White. She is a catholic woman with very liberal ways; I mention this because she has some religious decor in our dining room. Margarita is outgoing and I can say is one of the lovely ladies to be around.

Oskar( aka my beastie) : Oskar is about 4 now and is always craving a belly rub. He mostly is outdoor and sleeps in Miguel’s room(which is NOT in the main home). He’s an energetic pooch who responds well.
