Private entrance, unfurnished 11×8 ft. bright and light private bedroom (fit full size bed, drawer, and desk), with large organized shelf closet. you will be sharing a hallway guest bathrooms with another tenant. Single occupant. Background check without exception. Students must have .edu email to be verified. Deposit could be paid by monthly installment. We all have been at the hard place before, so we do understand.

Locate in safe, private fenced, and central location in Clairemont, close to everything ( near Balboa Ave. & Clairemont Dr). Plenty of parking spaces on the streets. Utility Bills, internet, and (every 2 weeks) maid included for shared common areas and guest-bathrooms. There is a separate workstation/study area with free wireless printer, papers, and ink for you to use. Two washer and a dryer plus detergent are in the garage. Kitchen and general guest bathroom are often clean daily. High quality filtered water is for drinking and cooking only (not whole house filtered). Free Netflix and Amazon movies, but no cable T.V.

The 1,800 sqft house have 5 bedrooms 3 baths , not include another separate granny flat (the 6th tenant is living there and you hardly see her). It is very clean, shoes-off, and can have visitors coming over without reservation, but NO OVERNIGHT guests. Current occupants are busy professionals and also students with healthy lifestyles who keep things to themselves, but sociable (3 males, 2 females). Definitely NOT 420 friendly due to the landlord is working for Federal judicial districts. No smoking. No additional pet (there are two quiet yorkies mostly staying inside a room with the owner).

We are the mixes of very busy IT professionals and Science major students (3 male, 2 female). BTW, we are Asian family, even though very much Americanized. But because of our culture, we stay up late night studying and as computer programers- solving the problems until late hours. We are also early risers, because we have to meet the eastern time for tele-meeting. If you don’t mind late night spicy food cooking (often are Ramennoodles), then please feel free to check us out. We are quite nerdy, definitely NOT 420, NO smoking, NO drugs, NO drama. Social drinking is welcome , but NOT a party house. We do welcome good conversations, thoughtful debates, and challenging problem solving. Though we are not heavy with cooking (I myself dislike cooking), you can use our limited numbers of pots, pans, and utensils and full kitchen.

Looking for professionals or students who love to study late night, who pay on time, responsible for themselves, and are considerate towards others. We are friendly but may not see you often due to our busy schedules. If you don’t like Asian food, this place is not suitable for you.
