Nothing special about Blk 12 expect the apartment is right next to two bus stops. One of the last before campus and the second one of the first stops back to the apartment. Not a large apartment but it serves a great purpose of getting to the North side of campus. A bike ride down is easy. Looking for a TAMU student to share the space. Prefer someone that appreciates a rural life style, possibly a 4-H/FFA past, athlete, someone good living with a white guy. My roommate is moving out at the beginning of July.

I’m a past high school athlete, working to get back into shape. I cook healthy meals and spend most my time studying.
