You will have your own furnished private room/bathroom in a two master bedroom/3 bath 11 year old 3-story townhome (1,850SF) with fully landscaped front yard with fountain you can enjoy. Third bedroom on second floor is my small office. The room for rent is on the first floor, and the second master suite, my room is on the third floor. You can hear the sound of the fountain from this first floor bedroom. Townhome is located in South Napa across the river from the South Napa Market Place. Close to Century Napa Valley movie theater, In-Shape Gym, Planet Fitness gym, Raley’s, Grocery Outlet, Office Depot, Target, Napa Valley College. Only 1.6 miles to Napa State Hospital, 9 miles to Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa, 8 miles to Kaiser Permanente in Napa, 13 miles to Sonoma Valley Hospital, Sonoma, 14.2 miles to Kaiser Permanente in Vallejo, 23.4 miles to Adventist Health in St. Helena.

Easy access to Highway 29 from Imola Ave. yet far enough away to not hear the noise. Balcony on second floor has gas BBQ and sitting area overlooking the beautifully landscaped front yard. It’s a fully furnished house including shared space and the bedroom/bathroom that is available. The room is approx. 12’x15’ with a walk in closet, and own attached private bathroom with shower. Room faces front yard garden from this first floor room. Laundry facilities available also on the first floor with washer/dryer. Shared kitchen is fully stocked, has dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, pot rack, kitchen utensils and dinnerware.

This home is perfect for visiting medical and wine personnel, personnel who want to cut their commute during the week or anyone needing a completely furnished safe, clean and charming month to month accommodations. The move in date is somewhat flexible. Require minimum 3 month stay. Home is kept neat. Rent = $1400 a month. Wifi, utilities, Comcast included. First month rent of $1,400, security deposit of $250 and cleaning fee is $150 are required upfront. I don’t do leases. Month to month only. Long term month to month is welcome. Refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 once room is left in good condition.

The home is located in a pleasant, safe townhouse neighborhood in Sheveland Ranch in Southern Napa. Street parking. My home is decorated in mostly a southwest theme since I have traveled extensively in the Arizona and New Mexico areas collecting artifacts and handicrafts and grew up riding horses.
