Apartment is on the 5th floor (4 flights up, no elevator) pre-war non-smoking building. This is a large unfurnished bedroom, 7’9“ x 22’ with a large closet. The room is very bright with lots of naturally light. You will be sharing common areas like the bathroom, kitchen, and living room with 1 person. There is an on-site laundry and live-in super.
Rent is 1200/month + utilities (electricity & internet) Move-in is $2400 (first month rent + one month security deposit) The move in date is August 1st (this may be somewhat flexible, on a case by case basis)
About the roomies
About your new roommate -Female in her late 20s who is very clean, loves to keep things tidy and organized. -Very respectful and responsible. -Have a 7-year-old cat that is very independent. Unfortunately that means no room for other pets, sorry!
